I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your game, I am more than happy to assist you with this.
While technical issues are very frustrating, the great news is that they are also generally quite easily fixed. The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please try the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:
- Close all apps and restart your device: on most devices, press the power button for about 30 seconds, or until your device restarts
- Check and update your Android version and the game app
- Clear the game app cache and data: usually in Settings > Apps
- Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

2nd reply (please note that this will only work for Connection Issues, and should be skipped for Technical Issues.):
- If possible, log out from your account in the game.
- Delete your Facebook and Messenger app.
Now, this next step is really important: I need you to log out from your Google Account in your Google Play Store.

Go to Settings

Tap on Account
- If instead of that, you see an option Account and something, tap on that, and then tap in Account again
- Tap on all your Google accounts

Tap on Remove Account
That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device.
When you do that, would you be so kind as to
- Restart your device
- Log back into your account in Google Play Store.
- Update your game. You can check if yours is the latest version by going to the app page in the store you downloaded it from.
- Log back into your Facebook/King account in the game.

I am sorry to hear that those steps I sent you previously did not resolve your issue.
As a last resort, we can try reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues: Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your Facebook or Kingdom account before proceeding with this step.
IMPORTANT! Any saved boosters, extra lives, Daily Bonus or challenges may also be lost during this process. These items and features are saved directly to the device's memory then reinstalling the game, unfortunately, clears them from your game. We will, of course, replace any purchased boosters you may lose during this step, but we do not replace any lost free items which may have been won or awarded while playing. Please keep this in mind before performing this action!
Now reinstall the game and log back in via Facebook or the Kingdom to retrieve your progress.
If reinstalling still does not resolve this, please let me know.
