As we are constantly updating and improving our games then at times slightly older devices cannot support the implemented changes.

We recommend players always ensure they have the most recently available operating systems for their devices, as our games are designed to maximize the performance based on these.

Our apps do not support jailbroken devices.

Please note that due to natural technological progress over time, it is possible that our games can no longer perform as originally intended on certain devices.

In the meantime, there are a number of steps that other players have followed which have improved their playing experience:

Close all background apps while playing
Power off and restart the device
Keep at least 2 GB free

These steps may not work for everyone, so perhaps until you are able to fully enjoy the games on a different device, you are always able to play most of our Saga games on a computer via Facebook.
