I can assure you that we never charge money to players without their authorization and there are no hidden features in the game. All in-game purchases need to be initiated by the player or someone who has access to their King.com account or their payment details. The price for each item is clearly displayed, and in order to make a purchase, the “Buy” button needs to be tapped and the account’s password needs to be entered. Because of this, and in order to secure your account and get a refund for any purchases made without your knowledge, you will need to contact Apple Support about securing your account and reversing these charges. Most often, these are valid charges that relate to purchases which you may have forgotten. It could also be the case that someone played the game without supervision. Take a moment to see which purchases the final billing charges are related to. If you still cannot confirm the legitimacy of the transactions on your account, there is a chance that your profile might be compromised. In which case, you should report this to Apple, your bank, and the appointed authorities in your area, to protect yourself against a possible security threat. As payments are not managed by King but by Apple using your iTunes account, to request a refund you will need to tap “report problem” on the bill in order to open a ticket with Apple Support.
