I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue while trying to log in with Facebook.

There are a few reasons you might see greyed out settings in your game:

If you are younger than 18, Apple's policy means that you're not able to adjust your app tracking settings.
Your iOS device might be issued by your school, and you're therefore unable to change your settings.
You might have a corporate iOS device that has a custom profile that might block app tracking by default.

(This isn't an exhaustive list – there might be other reasons that we're not aware of just yet.)

Don't worry though, you can still access your game by creating and logging into a King account.
